Loughborough Retail Market

Every Thursday & Saturday – 8am to 4pm

Loughborough’s award winning retail market has been part of the town’s history for almost 800 years and is rich in character, atmosphere and colour. The market stalls sell an eclectic range of products from fresh produce through to confectionary, clothing to household goods.

In 2017 the Loughborough Retail Market won the Best Large Outdoor Market of the Year award.

Loughborough Farmers’ Market

Every 2nd Wednesday of the Month 9am to 3pm

Producers from across the Midlands showcase a wide range of local, organic and artisan food and drink including authentic Melton Mowbray Pork Pies, Stilton Cheese and speciality meats.

There are usually 15 to 20 traders attending, selling a wide range of excellent local produce such as meat, wine, bread, fruit and vegetables, cheeses, honey, eggs, homemade sauces and preserves.

Every Friday – 9am to 4pm

A popular, bustling and interesting market which has around 40 stalls offering an excellent selection of antiques, books and second hand collectors items for sale.

The market also offers members of the public the opportunity to sell their unwanted household items.
