Loughborough Bike & Trike Meet

Loughborough BID Bike and Trike Meet takes place in Loughborough town centre on Sunday 29th September between 10am and 4pm

The meet is open to all bike and trike owners, all makes and all shapes and sizes.

There’s no need to sign up but please read the information below so that you know how to access the site safely.

Important information if you’re bringing a bike or trike to the town.

The event will take place at Market Place, Loughborough, Leics. LE11 3EA

Please access the site as per the attached ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS.

Access is via the one-way system off the A6 Leicester Road onto Southfields Road, Forest Road and into the Market Place via Wards End. Exit will be via Baxter Gate, Swan Street or Market Street.

Event staff will be in place from 8.30am.

ON ARRIVAL please report to the Event Staff who will be located at the event site entrance at Cattle Market (Opposite the Odeon Cinema) Event Staff can be identified by Love Loughborough T-Shirts and High-Vis vests.

Bikes & Trikes

Once you have parked your bike or trike please remove the keys and keep them safe and away from the public.

Once parked, please DO NOT start up your bike or trike engine again until the Exit Parade at 4pm. During the Exit Parade, please refrain from wheelies or loud revs as you leave, we need to ensure we do not disturb the public or businesses. The Event Site is pedestrianised and is subject to a TRO (Traffic Regulation Order) which prevents the movement of vehicles between the hours of 10am and 4pm. In order to enter or leave the site within the TRO, you must contact a Member of the Event Staff who will be happy to ‘bank’ you out

Stall Holders / Exhibitor Displays

If you have booked a stall or pitch for the autojumble or exhibitor displays, please ensure your stall is set up and your vehicle is removed from the site by 10am (unless it is a bike!). No cars will be permitted on the site between the times of 10am to 4pm. Vehicular access will be permitted at 4pm at the close of the event.
