All exhibiting vehicles are to be in place by 10.00am (the event opens at 10.00am to the general public).\u00a0 Please adhere to a strict 5MPH speed limit whilst on site.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXHIBITOR TICKETS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will be emailed a TICKET prior to the event. Please display the ticket in your windscreen on arrival to confirm your registration<\/p>\n<p><strong>TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER (TRO)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There is a TRO in place for\u00a0the pedestrianised area of Loughborough Town centre (the show area) which prohibits any vehicular movement between the hours of 10am and 4pm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LITTER &amp; SPILLS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please remove all litter from the site at the end of the Meet and ensure you leave your pitch as you found it. You must ensure that the town centre\u2019s paving is not marked or damaged in any way as a consequence vehicle spillage and necessary precautions are in place to prevent this.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BREAKDOWN:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Loughborough Car Meet is open to the general public until 4pm. No vehicles are moved prior to this time due to the TRO.<\/p>\n<p><em>If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not register or turn up on the day<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>TOP TIPS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Your vehicle is your responsibility, including all contents within.<\/li>\n<li>This show shares our passion for classic vehicles with the public and so they may not understand the etiquette of careful viewing of vehicles.
