The local authority has pledged to support the BID and work in partnership to ensure the Town gets up and running as smoothly and safely as possible.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Love Loughborough BID has reduced funds due to the effect of what<\/span>\u00a0Covid-19 has had on local businesses, reducing the amount of levy that is collected to keep the BID operational.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Charnwood Borough Council is kindly supporting the BID by providing new office accommodation, free of charge. Our new address is:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Celine Patel, BID Ambassador \u2013 operating from new offices. Available for assistance in the town centre, retail and pubwatch radio support, delivery of recycling bags and PPE equipment and any support required by BID businesses<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Kelly Hill, BID Co-Ordinator \u2013 working remotely. Available for all social media business promotion and support, LoyalFree promotion, Recycling enquiries, and general business guidance and support<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Charlotte Havis, Digital Engagement Officer \u2013 working remotely (Monday & Tuesday only).
