There’ll be a huge range of independent businesses showcasing their offers including where to eat, drink & socialise, health & beauty, local retailers, entertainment as well as information on local events and activities.

Plus music, DJ sets, karaoke, street food, demos, giveaways, promotions & offers as well as the Kickstart Market.

There will be a chance to enter our Free Competition when our L’Boro Socials digital trail goes live on 22nd September to win a fabulous prize worth over £250, plus x2 £50 & x 5 £10 Love Loughborough Gift Vouchers. Just download the FREE Love Loughborough App between 22nd September until 11th October to view the trail and enter the competition.

Be A Stall Holder at the L’Boro Socials Market

This is a great opportunity to showcase your business, products and services to the new students arriving into Loughborough and also returning students and local residents.

You have the option to book open *pitches (you bring your own gazebo) or pre-erected stalls. Please indicate on the form below which option you would like to book.

Limited power is available at a cost of £10 per socket.

Payment is required before the event, once you have confirmed your attendance you will be sent an invoice to pay 7 days before.

BID members                £35.00 per Pitch / Stall

Non BID members        £45.00 per Pitch / Stall

Power                               £10.00 per socket

*One pitch is 3m x 3m. You will be charged the unit fee per 3m x 3m of space taken.  If you wish to book 6m of space, please book 2 pitches.
