Remembrance events are to be held to commemorate Charnwood’s fallen war heroes.
On Saturday November 2 a short service will be held in Queen’s Park to commemorate those who have lost their lives through human conflict.
The annual Remembrance Day parade and service at the Carillon Tower in Queen’s Park will take place on Sunday November 10.
Armistice Day will be commemorated on Monday November 11, with a service held at the Carillon Tower and the two-minute silence will be observed at 11am.
