Loughborough BID would like to know your views and opinions on Loughborough town centre in order to target future activity to meet customer needs and also help lobby relevant partnerships and authorities to improve Loughborough.
Since the COVID pandemic, town centres are struggling to regain the daily visitor numbers attained back in 2019, with the increase in e-commerce and online purchases, the shift to hybrid working and general reluctance to visit the High Street.
