Body Transformation Centre has moved

New venue for Body Transformation Centre

Fitness guru Nick Wardle will kick off brand new sessions from his new Body Transformation Centre gym at Charnwood Trade Park, Clarence Street, Loughborough, from Monday 17 May.

And with Covid-19 restrictions easing on Monday, Nick is looking forward to holding more Covid-secure semi-private training sessions to boost the number of people he can help to get in shape.

Nick said: ‘We now have a modern training facility that’s very spacious, which means at present our clients will get 150-200 sqft per person. This is even more important whilst the Covid restrictions are around.

“It will also allow our services to expand and diversify as we will soon be able to offer personal training qualifications with the potential to offer them employment too. It allows us to continue to grow for the future and help us reach our goal of coaching /supporting mentally and physically more of Leicestershire’s residents.”

Post-lockdown, Body Transformation Centre sessions will involve additional mobility and stretch work built into the programming, said Nick, including:

  • PT-led training sessions
  • Adaptions to accommodate reduced movement
  • More endurance-based programming
  • Activation exercises, to help you switch on key muscles to prevent injury post-lockdown

And in terms of Covid safety measures, it’s about giving maximum assurance. So people can expect

  • Covid response protocols
  • Minimum of 100 sqft per person training space (socially distanced)
  • Rule-of-six guidelines on semi-private training
  • No kit sharing
