Let the games begin!
Get ready for a fun-filled evening as Rainbows supporters from across the East Midlands come together to take on six exciting It’s A Knockout–style games.
What is It’s A Knockout?
It’s A Knockout was a popular TV game show known for its high-energy, and silly laugh-out-loud challenges. Teams competed against each other in a series of light-hearted physical games featuring oversized inflatables, slippery surfaces, silly costumes and plenty of chaos.
Our competition brings that same fun-filled spirit to life, with modern, safe and exciting challenges designed to test teamwork, speed and coordination — all while having as much fun as possible!
What to expect
- Fast-paced, laugh-out-loud challenges packed with inflatables, foam, water and silly moments
- Six different games in 2026, each designed to test your team
- Friendly competition as teams go head-to-head to earn points
- A high-energy team atmosphere that’s all about fun and teamwork
- Medals awarded to the overall winning team — bragging rights included!
- Plenty of opportunities for great photos, big laughs and memorable moments
- Food and a bar available on site to keep you fueled throughout the day
- Supporters welcome to cheer you on and soak up the electric event-day atmosphere
Teams
- This event is perfect for corporates, small businesses and groups of friends.
- Teams typically consist of 8–10 people. If you’d like to take part but can’t gather a full team, get in touch and we’ll help you find teammates or join another group.
- Not every team member needs to take part in every game, allowing everyone to get involved at a pace that suits them.
Why compete?
By taking part you’ll be helping to support babies, children and young people with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions, along with their families, across the East Midlands.
We support every baby, child and young person to fulfill their potential and help families make the most of every precious moment. From creating lasting memories and treasured keepsakes to providing comfort, compassion and expert care, we’re here for the whole family — during the toughest times, through end-of-life care, and with ongoing support afterwards.
Simply put, we’re here to brighten short lives and support families wherever they are. Every penny you raise helps fund our vital work at the Hospice, in the local community and in hospitals across the region.
