The Love Loughborough Car Show is back!
Following on tradition, the annual Loughborough Car Show will be held on Father’s Day on Sunday June 15th 2025, 10am to 4pm.
Taking place in Loughborough Market Place this popular free event attracts car enthusiasts from across the Midlands.
Stalls, music and food vendors will mix with the fantastic collection of classic and vintage cars to bring a great family fun day out to Loughborough.
Trading Opportunity
Want to bring a stall or sell food at this year’s event? You will need to Register with Charnwood Borough Council to become a New Trader then choose ‘Car Show’ from the drop down list once you have completed the registration details.

INSURANCE:
All vehicles on display must be taxed and hold an appropriate MOT certificate unless exempt or arriving by tender vehicle. Insurance cover must be adequate and cover the date of the event. It is recommended that clubs should be indemnified against injury, damage or loss sustained by third parties arising from any displays or equipment in use.
ALL VEHICLES ARE EXHIBITED AT OWNERS RISK.
SETTING UP:
Vehicles are welcome to arrive at the event any time from 8.30am. All exhibiting vehicles are to be in place by 10.00am (the event opens at 10.00am to the general public). Please adhere to a strict 5MPH speed limit whilst on site.
EXHIBITOR TICKETS
You will be emailed a TICKET prior to the event. Please display the ticket in your windscreen on arrival to confirm your registration
TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER (TRO)
There is a TRO in place for the pedestrianised area of Loughborough Town centre (the show area) which prohibits any vehicular movement between the hours of 10am and 4pm.
LITTER & SPILLS
Please remove all litter from the site at the end of the Show and ensure you leave your pitch as you found it. You must ensure that the town centre’s paving is not marked or damaged in any way as a consequence vehicle spillage and necessary precautions are in place to prevent this.
BREAKDOWN: Loughborough Car Show is open to the general public until 4pm. No vehicles are moved prior to this time due to the TRO.

- This show shares our passion for classic vehicles with the public and so they may not understand the etiquette of careful viewing of vehicles. Love Loughborough will not be roping off areas and although there will be event marshals on call to support, it is your responsibility to keep a watch on your vehicle and fellow owners vehicles.
