Lisa Brown, BID Manager stated ‘Adults, children and families can enjoy hunting for our marine answers around the town and it encourages visitors to go into shops that they maybe wouldn’t ordinarily have visited. We have some great independent shops in Loughborough and this trail helps people to shop local on our wonderful high street.’

Lez Cope Newman, BID Chairman stated, ‘With our normal yearly events cancelled this year due to the pandemic, we wanted to encourage shoppers back to our town in a safe and covid secure way, to help our businesses. We have all had a tough year, but Loughborough is open, safe and is ready to welcome people back. We appreciate that some shoppers may still be hesitant to come into the town, so please check our crowd counter on our website to put any doubts at ease. Here you will be able to see how busy the town is in real time so you can make the decision to come into the town based on how you feel. Just head to https://loughborough.geo-sense.co.uk
