Love Loughborough BID AGM

Are you a Love Loughborough BID Levy payer?

If yes, you are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) where the directors and the BID Team provide a summary of the years activities and how the budget has been spent. At the AGM the accounts for the year will be presented by accountant Duncan & Toplis and the fee agreed for the next financial year. You will also be presented with how the BID are proposing to spend the levy money for the final year of the BID 2nd term, 2021/22 and have to opportunity to suggest initiatives and campaigns which you feel will support Loughborough town centre and its businesses.

The AGM gives you the opportunity to vote in new directors, or even apply for directorship yourself if you want to have a more active role in the management and delivery of Love Loughborough BID. It will also highlight the BID ballot timetable and how you can be a part in shaping the BID Business Plan 2022 – 2027.

This year’s AGM will be presented digitally due to COVID-19 restrictions so will be presented online via ZOOM.
