Help to Grow Management

Help to Grow Management is a 12-week part time programme which the University of Leicester School of Business is delivering across the East Midlands as a leading business school accredited by the Small Business Charter and it is 90% funded by the government.
The programme offers:
- Practically focussed business education to support you in identifying and working on areas of your business that you would like to develop
- 10 hours of confidential 1:1 mentoring with an experienced business mentor
- Small group peer learning sessions to support you in reflecting on the course content in the light of the real world experience of other business leaders
- Delivered flexibly online plus 4 half-day in person case study workshops in Leicester
- Designed to be manageable alongside full-time work
- Develop a tailored business growth action plan to lead your business to its full potential
- 90% government funded – meaning the cost to participating businesses is only £750
Help to Grow Management is designed for SMEs with 5-249 employees that have been in operation for at least 1 year.
